Exactly what it says on the tin, post the team you used so other people can get a view of what's possible
Guides to the Woerm (aka Kermit the Wormit, aka the Crystalline Behemoth) can be found Here (Unstaeble's), Here (Xavion's), Here (Skor's tl;dr guide), Here (Banzai's)
Links to posts of users who used xyz team setups:
Earth/Light/Air: This post, Lovesick, Skor, Unstaeble, Banzai, Oiseau, EvilNapkin
Earth/Light/Fire: Serrorai
Water/Light/Fire: Malicus, Chiknluvr, Slytherin7
Water/Light/Air: Hiraeth, Eternalsilver, Littlemidna, SerenityEather, Drakonis
Water/Fire/Fire: Painteventer
Shadow/Light/Air: Torey, Teefa85, Aelingalathynius, Vineyiea, Ysereh, YureiNeko
Light/Air/Fire: Sraw, Renic, Voidborn
Our Attempt:
Attempts needed to Win: ("several" is acceptable, note if there were differences in what was done+why)
Rounds in final fight:
Barracks info
Training Grounds Rank: 1 / 2 / 3
Possible Tactical Bonuses active:
Mega-Bosses and Bosses
Elites? (unclear currently if the Elites one affects the mini worms or if they're affected as 'part' of the Woerm itself? Or just don't count?)
Other: eg Light's Renewal, Ent Flasks
Notes:
Followed the general strategy, got lucky that we got a double Minus charge on Vanguard and not a +- combo
Used three Exceptional Grove Flasks to revive KO'd pets over the course of the fight
Pulled a narrow victory at turn 160 when Woerm was on its 1hp phase- got Decimate back online to deal the massive damage needed to break its shield and KO it only two turns before it pulled its Major Heal

Attempts: 4 (2 around 15:00 day of release, success at 10/9/2021 at 10:09:26pm)
Training Grounds Rank: 3
Tactical Bonuses active: First and Last had all, 2nd and 3rd had none (mini worms had debuff)
Light's Renewal: Yes
Ent Flasks: Mitigation / Strength / Intelligence
Notes:
Turns Taken: ~150
2 of my pets died during the fight, Daphne being the only one that survived throughout. I used ~2 potions and 2 revivals. Most happened when the polarity debuff was applied.
Read the notes that others had provided and found them very helpful. I believe my first attempts failed because I didn't do anything when at 48 or 108 mana. I found mana harder to deal with after blocking those but still enough - barely. killed both mini-worms each time, did ability then finishing then skipx2 then basic for those cycles. Always swapped between pets the moment polarity debuff was added. When boss was at 1% I had just finished skipping so had almost no mana. Had 10 turns to kill it with the absorb up but thats enough time to afford ability 3 and 4 on fire and air.

Attempts needed to Win: Several yesterday, three today I think
Rounds in final fight: Wasn't paying attention
Barracks info
Training Grounds Rank: 3
Possible Tactical Bonuses active:
Mega-Bosses only, TA was still on the little worms so it affects them too.
Light's renewal, forgot ent flasks
Notes:
The first day was a lot of dry runs that didn't go well. I didn't use TA during any of them, but they didn't really go well enough that it felt like TA would help (also my pets were at lower levels). Today I changed strategy and stopped trying to use all of my 2s, 3s, and 4s together like I got in the habit of doing. I stopped using my water's 2 and this meant that I had the mana to use the 4 more often. Today I also started lining up the positives and negatives better, and that helps more than JUST the buff you get from doing it (check Unst's thread for what I discovered). After an un-TAed run today went well enough that I felt TA might actually make the difference, I started using TA. The first TAed run didn't go well, but I don't remember why. It was probably because I messed up on lining up positives and negatives.
The second TAed run was the winning run. The main thing I did today that I hadn't been doing before is using water's 4 more than once. I used the 4 immediately after downing the small worms, which lasted long enough to protect against the 60 mana tail whip. I used it again as soon as I had mana to use it, which protected against the next tail whip, the two full mana things, and the attack that adds a charge. I think I put the negative buff on my fire and the positive buff on my water. When it was reassembling, I used water's 5 and 3 and fire's 3 to buff, then I used fire's 5, 4, and maybe 2 and it ended quickly enough that I wasn't worried about cutting it close.
As far as I can recall, no items used during the fight. Also, I upgraded some things after the fight and I'm not sure which ones I upgraded so the equipment upgrades I have listed may not be accurate.

Attempts needed to Win: 4-5.
Rounds in final fight: 239
Barracks info:
Training Grounds Rank: 3
Tactical Bonuses active:
Mega-Bosses and Bosses & Named (General).
Other: Light's Renewal, Ent Flasks of Mitigation.
Notes:
I followed Uns' guide, the only thing I did different from it is that I used the 5th ability.
(I ended up using at least 1 revival draught because I forgot to block the tail whip)
I used Raith's Fury around the midpoint/ when Wormit splits into 2 & are around 100k+ health, as that increased the dmg quite a bit. As well as Faerina's Bulwark nearing the end as I was worried my tank would die. (I did also use Vaeluna's Grace at some point, don't remember when)
Lastly, I upgraded one of my SW gear, but I don't remember which one (it was probably one of Aki's), but I do know that all of my gear was at least +1.

The doc there is Xav's, I believe
Attempts needed to Win: Lost track, all I can say is quite a lot
Rounds in final fight: didn't check, likely around 200?
Barracks info
Training Grounds Rank: 3
Active Tactical Bonus: Mega-Bosses and Bosses
Other: Ent Flasks (agility on tank/healer, strength on cannon)
Team:
Aveline Anklebiter
Level: 75
Base stats:
> 2456/230
> 137/140/127/127
Element: Earth
Profs: 2 Health, 1 Str, 3 Agi
Equips:
> Warden's Stoneweave Relic +1
> Warden's Stoneweave Armor +1
> Warden's Stoneweave Bracer +1
> Warden's Stoneweave Bracer +1
Move Ranks:
> 1 = r3
> 2 = r3
> 3 = r2*
> 4 = r2*
> 5 = r1
* although Anklebiter is fully r3 right now, I'm fairly certain these were lower during the worm battle considering how low the progress percentages are for the next rank
Notes:
- Poked at it a lot on my own, followed guide and had direct help from Uns later. I was at it pretty quickly out the gate and even with a decent understanding of the mechanics, I kept making mistakes.
- Low ranking on my earth and light pets especially wasn't helping :P I've only bred these supers a few months ago and hadn't had much free time to work on ranking
- Used about 1-2 exceptional draughts?
- I figured out that stacking charges was the way to go pretty quickly, but messed up pretty often because I kept forgetting which charge was going to come up next. Would note that keeping track of it in some way could be helpful for others as well
- Here's my own version of a Kermit guide, more concise/TL;DR for ease of reading

Attempts: 5 (all done on day of release, success at 10/9/2021 at 4:30:42pm)
Rounds in final fight: 183
Barracks info
Training Grounds Rank: 3
Possible Tactical Bonuses active: Mega-Bosses and Bosses
Other: Light's Renewal, Ent Flasks (Str on Air, Mit on Earth/Light)
Notes: Strategy, no draughts/elixirs used, Ent flasks (listed above)
Aeling was able to use my team afterwards when it was level 75 and using key 5 instead of key 3 seemed to be a lot more helpful in dealing faster damage and having a higher guarantee of defeating in the 10 turns of Reassembling.
Had not played with putting buffs on specific pets yet, negative buff on tank and positive buff on cannon (5 cycles total throughout fight)
Receiving the charged buffs seemed to decrease Empowerment by 1, however this only appeared in my battle log twice and I cannot 100% confirm

Attempts: 10 (Beat this boss on 10/12/2021)
Rounds in final fight: 199 Turns
Barracks info
Training Grounds Rank: 2
Tactical Bonuses active: All named and the worm boss had the bonus active. (mini worms included)
Light's Renewal: No
Ent Flasks: None
Notes:
My strategy was following the guides that Uns had made and I also followed Xavion's advice about using my pet's abilities that are useful like Ravenstar's key 3 and Bluestar's key 4 for Devine Balance. I mixed their ideas together and came up with a special idea of using my earth pet (Sunstar) to taunt the boss while the other two pets (Bluestar and Ravenstar) build mana (for Devine Balance and keys 2, 3 and 4 for Ravenstar's air moves) after the boss is finished with draining absolutely nothing to save mana for the next cycle of the mini worms to cause a bunch of Tether Shock and free damage. I rinsed and repeated the actions and I also made my own guide for Earth/Light/Air teams for those that want to do what I tried but they can also find use in Uns's guide (Earth/Light/Air as well) and Xavion's guide for teams that have water pets in them.
I also thought I finally add my team to this list. XD
