I used a genetic mutator on one of my party members, Ripple. But when I look to see if there was a gene or mutation added, nothing happened! Did I do something wrong? Or did it just eat up my mutator with no effect?

My guess is that you used a Lesser Genetic Mutator on an un-tested pet. You received a Carried Trait on this pet, but you will not be able to see it until the pet is Genetically Tested.

Pst you can go to the player services forum and there will be dozens of players with unlimited use test kits who would be happy to test your pet for you so you dont have to buy a test kit.

Alright, due to how things work with the test kit i will have to borrow him from you for a couples of seconds just so i can test him, dont wory you will get him back right away but if you feel safer that way i can let you hold onto one of my pet until this is done. Do you know how to privately sell a pet to another player ? ^-^

first you nead my id witch is 20578, you can also see those in every player's profil.

then you go to your pet profil and select manage pet, just like what you did to name it.

the small screen will pop up but instead of going for a name go directly beneth with sale price.

Set the price at 1g and enter my id in the space directly below the price before setting it's price.

The testing shoudnt take more then a minute (usualy less then that) from the time i buy it to the time you van buy your pet back (for 1g obviously) ^-^
