I WANT to catch a sylesti.
I have only caught one.
I have only hatched one.
I found a Draeyl but it got away
I found a Luffox but it got away
I want to find a Griffi.
I used the BEST catching tool on the Luffox and it STILL got AWAY
HOW do i make catching sylestis more reliable????

Oh, the catch system is a bit like pokemon, weakening the target increass your chances of capture just be carefull not to go overboard and accidentaly kill it tho. Using moves that dosnt inflict status work better since you wont have to race against those. If you still have some, use a strong trap when the wild pet hp is around 10% and it's almost garentee to work. ^-^

just keep in mind that you're just starting, and thus have both limited funds and space (though getting some pets to be mission pets so you can get some passive gold income is a good idea.)

If you don't care about how you obtain a pet, though, you can just buy them off of other players via Advanced Search, which would be rather cheaper (there's plenty of both tamed and offspring pets for sale for under 1k gold apiece)

But generally lowering the hp is counted as an increased likelihood of success, along with type of trap, though I couldn't tell you what the percentages of it actually are

I used the best trap on a Luffox at like 5% and it failed :(

Nevermind, I just found out that there's like 100000000 pets for sale at much cheaper prices! I'll get those instead.
