Where do you get Genetic Test Kits?

aside from the newbies kit, there's pretty much only the unlimited test kit from the diamond shop
(used to be they could be obtained in decent numbers from festival wheels, but the wheels were retired, and no other method has been introduced to get them)
however, many people who have an unlimited test kit will test other people's pets for free- just check the Groups, Guilds, Clubs, and Services forum
