Hi, I am really inconsistent with when I play this game, and Im not sure how super statting works. Is it only available for Lost Grove themes / pets? Can you increase a super stat over time, or once you catch a pet is that the maximum statistics it will have? For offspring, will they have the exact extra stat that the parent does, or is it variable? Just, how? Does this mean any max stat non-lost grove themed pet can never be as good as the lost grove themed?
If theres a guide or an explanation somewhere, Id love to read it. Thanks!

Pets caught in the lost grove with have super stats. You can't change this amount on those pets. The stat amounts will decrease in each generation when you breed the pets.

Supermax pets are pets that have the highest possible base stats- 2000 HP, 200 mana, 100 str/int/dex/agi- along with the addition of Grove Bonus stats

A pet's base stats are locked the moment it leaves the hatchling stage, and cannot be raised further- their grove bonus stats are locked the moment the pet starts to exist.

With Lost Grove Bonus stats, there are a few things to note:
1. the range into which the bonus stats a pet has depends on their rarity- not just the tp count but also if they're themed or not- as well as if they were caught wild or found as an egg, and iff egg where from (forest/cave unthemed eggs have one stat range, forest/cave themed eggs have another, temple eggs also have their own)
this starts at the +1-+6 range that uncommon unthemed sylesti have, and caps out in the +50-+75 range of a legendary or mythical themed pet (these are the str/int/dex/agi ranges, not hp or mana, but those rise accordingly). Each individual pet falls randomly somewhere in the range on each of their stats (eg, unthemed uncommon 1 might have +1 str, where unthemed uncommon 2 might have +6 str), species doesn't affect it.

2. when breeding these are passed on, but drop with each generation removed from the LG progenitor pet- they will lose 3-4 str/int/dex/agi, 10-20 mana, and I THINK 50-80 hp per generation.

If only one of the two parents has + stats, it will drop directly from them (so a +0 bred to a +60 will always produce +56 or +57)
If both parents have + stats, it will randomly pick a number between the parent stats (as with regular stat breeding) and THEN subtract the stats
(a +4 bred to a +60 could produce anything from +57 all the way down to +0)

Trying to breed a supermax stat lg theme would basically require you to breed the theme not just all the way up to maxstat, but until they had no grove bonus left (although by the time you reached max, depending on the starting stocks, they may not have much left anyway), THEN introducing (or re-introducing) a member of the theme with a high rarity and praying for good rng to roll high on the regular base stats asap in the fewest generations possible.

Most people who have had the luck to catch legendary or mythical lg themes (or who have obtained breeding rights to one) have instead bred them to other max stats that they already had (either different themes, or unthemed) and made a new personal project from there. Here are two examples, descended from the same legendary jungle vine luffox: pet 1, pet 2
