Check your inventory! Sometimes special event pets end up as a usable item there

did you uncover three eggling scratches or just one? If you found only one or two then that's nothing, if you found three then when you hit Claim Prizes it should have given you a popup for the prizes that included what tier, what theme, and a link to the eggling

yeah, with the Lucky Pot you need to uncover three of the prize, with certain categories being added to the counters down the bottom than can roll-over to later scratch cards if you don't get three (These are the Avatar Item, pie/prisma, mutator/dye, and disruptor categories)
The eggling, title scroll, secret map, and jackpot scratches do not have rollover counters and must have all three matches scratched on a single attempt to count
