My hint is Bend, creak, and moan. Hidden, I am, in this zone.

My first two guesses were Garden of the Magnates and Forgotten Tomb. I've been grinding these areas for 30 minutes and still haven't found anything. Am I looking in the wrong spot?

sounds like it could be related to that wardrobe item you can't actually get. azure robes of the oracle/recolour robes of the oracle. Can't remember which item was sitting in the wardrobe but not actually coded into the game as a drop

so may be down in astryls tranquility somewhere
