How do I know how much a themed sylesti is? I have 5 that I got from my sister's old account and I have no clue what they're worth.

The best way to get an idea of what a theme is worth is to look them up on the Advanced search (can be found under the 'social' tab), and search for the sylesti species, the particular theme, and set 'for sale' to yes. This will show you all of that particular theme that is already up for sale, giving you an idea of what they might sell for (if a pet stays for sale for a long time, it might be that the sales that are currently up are a little over-priced, and they you might want to lower the price a little - assuming you're trying to sell, not just figure out worth).
If the pets you have are purebred (blue stars), then make sure to include purebred pets in your search, as purebreds, unless they have a high number of traits, tend to be worth less than their gen 1 (gold starred/purple named) counterparts.

Another question... What if they are all gen 1 and one of them has no other themes pop-up, for sale or not?

That would be very strange, and would make me think that something in the search is configured incorrectly. Back in the day it was possible to have a themed nephini that was the only one of its theme, but that doesn't really happen anymore, and no species other than nephini has ever had that happen. Which theme is it that you were trying to look up?

Oh, I just tried it again and it is working now :)

when searching themes for sale, remember to swap the "Include Purebred:" option to "Yes" (this dropdown only affects anything if the "Themed:" dropdown is set to "yes" or a specific theme)
Sometimes there's just no Gen1's of a theme for sale, that's how it is (and some themes it's more likely than others- Lupora are fairly popular so gen1 themes often get snapped up reasonably fast by the people that collect them)
