Okay so I'm trying to use a trait disrupter on this Aeri:

She's for a project and she ended up getting webbed wings which I despise so I'm just trying to shuffle her up. Every time I try to use the disrupter it says she isn't themed. I double checked to see if the disrupter could only be used on tagged and it doesn't say that anywhere. Am I just dumb?

Disruptors can only be used on themed pets, i.e. the ones with a yellow star and purple name, not purebred pets, i.e. blue star and blue name.

The wording on the item is old and is from before purebred themes were tracked with their blue stars and names. Really, the wording needs updates to "first generation themed" (since even 'tagged' doesn't work as a good differentiator anymore).

Thanks for the clarification. The wording definitely needs to be changed since it's a tad confusing and a little frustrating. Is there a way to change the webbed wing trait without wiping it completely?

Unfortunately not. You could try throwing a restricted trait disruptor at her, but since she's a 6v, it could change any of the traits, not just the one you want. Other than that, you can nullify the trait completely, or just try to breed the trait out down the line.
