Is the Patriotic fest where we earn titles like High Druid and High Priest? I have reached both of those, will there be another level to work on? I want to remove some of my older breeding pets, but not if I will need them for the upcoming fest, if this is the fest where releasing pets count towards rank.
Just need a little clarification.

Yes, the High Warlord & Guardian of the Realm, the former of which is earned via battling, the other by completing all 3 rank 8 branches.
& after you complete rank 8, you unlock rank 9, in which you can continue to earn pets through a combination nurturing/releasing/battling.
