I've been looking for some and Im not sure where to buy them except the broker and they are rather expensive for me atm.

They are also available in the Diamond Shop.

Yeah, I saw but I dont have any diamonds rn. I was kind hoping they where available from say the story/battle prizes

They're often available as prizes from certain parts of fests. At the moment there's a chance to get them from the Beach Treasure Seeking event. They're not guaranteed by any means but if you boss battle in the fest zone and use all your tools there daily you'll probably end up with a few by end of fest.
