i feel like im definitely missing something lol, ive looked under the account and social tabs and wasnt able to find it. help is appreciated <3

Go to SOCIAL. Then press INBOX. In your inbox, press CONTACTS.

T1g3r is correct, however you might be running into another problem: friends lists work differently on Sylestia than most other places.
The only friends that will show on your friends list will be those that you requested friendship of, and they accepted, not those who requested friendship of you and you accepted. To have someone on your list and you on theirs you both have to request and accept that friendship of each other. Therefore, you could have accepted friendship from many people, but have an empty friends list yourself. And there is no way to see whose lists you are on.
