That's gorgeous! I'd be willing to donate 6 Faelora essences to help you get started if I could be put on the waiting list~

Holy crow, yes I'd put you on the waiting list if you donated that! I need a little time to get organized (buy another tab, save up the money to feed the faelora involved, find a reliable way to get genetic scans, since I can't afford the gems for a scanner yet) (edit, duh:) so I won't be starting for a little bit yet.
Do you have any advice on how to assort the genes on the first generation? I was able to hash out the fastest way to a three-vis by math, but adding an extra two genes makes for a lot more complexity...

Great~ I'll send them over once this is posted. As far as genetic tests are concerned I have a test kit and I'd be willing to test them for you, otherwise there are a few other free genetic testing services in the breeding section, such as Akito's or Willowdarimn's. It'd be a lot cheaper to do that than buying the single use ones and it'd save you 1500 diamonds~
As far as breeding is concerned I made tables for my own projects and I have a table for it, it may not be the most efficient, but I like it because it keeps the chance of success to 1/16 rather some more outrageous ones like 1/256. It would also allow it to be possible to get pairs if you breed your pairs correctly. :P

Thank you so much to everyone for the compliments!
I've started a waiting list, and it goes as follows:
0. Getting a breeding pair for myself, so I can fill all requests properly
1. MakeshiftDemon gets the second 5vis from the initial 5-vis-possible pair, with an optional choice of an additional one with fewer vis from earlier in the line.
2.Raccoon23
3.Flute
MakeshiftDemon - Thanks for offering to test them for me! I hadn't realized there were people offering to do it for free though; I'd only seen paid options in the forums before.
That's a really helpful chart! To get a second, breedable 5-vis, you start from the yellow tier again, right?
For the purposes of making pretty 3vis while I'm at it, the genes are going into the chart like so:
1. Leaf impression
2. Fae dust
3. Antelope (This gene will appear on both 3vis parents)
4. Glowing fungus
5. Frosted flower
I'm making parents 1-5 today, to get this on a roll, and keeping the 6th until I can snag another essence.
