I got an egg while exploring and i see it in the hatchery, so how to I get it to hatch?

Egglings (plus Hatchlings and Adolescents) will gain 1 Maturity point every hour of real time. Egglings require a total of 72 Maturity points to become ready to hatch.
Players can also Nurture Egglings to help add Maturity points. Every 5 Nurtures will add 1 Maturity point.

Whats the difference be an exclusive pet and a normal one? Is it just more special and worth more?
