how do I obtain these? I was able to kinda figure out that you get them from festivals (or festival zones?) but Im not sure exactly what activities you must do to obtain the tokens, or where the festival "zone" is. I've been collecting the advent calendar and the only other festival-related thing I can see is the stocking stuffer.

Peerless avatar tokens are generally obtained in two ways: by completing Festival Tasks during a festival to clear the "complete all other festival tasks" task- which has one as the prize-, and as higher tier prizes from the assorted official Festival Forum Games
(they can sometimes be found on the trade broker when players are trying to sell the ones they have)

Festival Zones are the four specific zones that are only available during the Seasonal Festivals (one per fest)

Winter Festival has not yet officially started- probably it will begin sometime between the 20th and 25th? though it's quite hard to tell when exactly since Krinadon is also currently doing his best to get the Faelora Revamp prepared and released before the end of the year.
As such, the festival zone and most of the activities are not yet available.

Advent and Stockings are present because they always start on about the 1st of December, well before other winterfest stuff starts

(the faelora revamp and some other stuff Krin's been working on have had him quite busy so fallfest also started and ended later than usual)
