I want to make this 4 vis cutie badly, but I'm not quite sure how to go about it. I have two enhanced griffi essence, If I custom make his parents to have the 4 carries will the offspring have a higher chance to have all 4 vis?

Actually, with two enhanced essences, the only way to get a 4vis would be to give both parents all four carried traits. If they each have 2 visible, then all of their offspring will have all four traits carried, but they would never have a visible trait. It will take a long time to get your 4vis, I warn, and it would be quicker with more essences, but with the two it'll just be a waiting and luck game hoping that all four traits show up visible from the carries.
