hello
why cant I put points into the other two?
I was only able to pick from the first two
also nobody is doing the raiders and I tried my best but all my pets are dead now
I can't access the quest hub and cant continue to play

I took care of the bandits for ya. =)
Regarding the Proficiency Points, until you complete the Tutorial, the game requires that you spend your points either in Health or Str/Int as they offer the best bonuses early on. It's just kind of like training wheels to help steer players in the right direction.
After you complete the Tutorial, you'll be able to choose the other Proficiencies. Agility and Dexterity are solid choices later into the game when Mitigation, Avoidance, and Critical Hit Chance become more important.
Lastly, Unconscious Pets will recover over time even without intervention. It will usually take about 30 minutes for an Unconscious Pet to recover to full Health.
