Does anyone have a idea when the spring festival will begin

As of right now, it says it will begin somewhere between May 17 and May 24. This is all subject to change though :)

Generally speaking, the fests usually come as follows:
Spring: Mid-May
Summer: Early August
Fall: Mid to late October
Winter: Mid-December
Granted these are rough estimates based on festivals over the last few years. With the site only being run by two or three people things can take longer than anticipated so we all just kind of go with the flow and have to be patient as we wait for the site mods to get everything done and ready to go! Hope this helped.
