It's here!

One calm and sunny day, you find yourself wishing, dreaming, hoping for a dear friend to call your own. You feel an aching hole in your being, that which can only be filled by the love of a loyal companion. Your thoughts halt as you're faced with a choice. Something deep within you tells you that this choice will decide your very fate. So, with your dusty boots planted on the dirt road, which do you choose?
The fork to the left, which continues as downtrodden soil and heads into the lush forest?
Or the fork to the right, which morphs into cobblestone and leads into a quiet town?

Welcome, dear adventurers, to the journey of companionship. On this fateful road you will find one or two dear animals, who will become loyal friends with you by the end of this story. Each choice is wholly meaningful and cannot be taken back, so please choose wisely. Sometimes the results of each choice will be clear, but sometimes, it won't be easy to predict.

Please message me with your answer to the first choice to begin the journey. I will respond with another choice, then another, so on until you bond with one Sylesti or a pair of mated Sylestis. The end of each road leads to one of these two outcomes; your choices merely decide who exactly you find.

For more information on what to expect, click "It" at the top. However, it's not by any means necessary to read it. Enjoy your journey.

Good question! For right now, no. I'd like to allow everyone the chance to go on this journey.
However, in a couple days, I may open a "Round 2" where previous players can play again if enough endings remain. In that case, I'll edit the title to say it. So just watch for that :)
