Hello, if your here, I'd love some input on my Lup design.
If you don't know much about dog breeds, its somewhat styled after the Great Pyrenees - a livestock guardian dog bred to defend against bears and wolves. I would love to keep the body looking white or near white and the eyes looking kind of light brown as that is how a majority of Pyrenees look. Some have spots that are barely visible or hidden by their fur ranging from black, grey, and tan/brown and I wouldn't mind utilizing that somehow in the design.
I also want to do a pun on the name of the Pyrenees and incorporate a little fire, hence the name of the design being Great Pyronees.
I think I like the design for the most part, but I want it to look good with most or, if possible, all genes and mutations. Any input will be much appreciated.
I really like the Fire Dancer traits on this, and I actually referenced the Fire Dancer theme to get me started.
Pups are here so you can see gene markings better. I made them faint so it keeps the lup very light colored, but is it too light?
And some with random traits:
Revised Version made with the help of Insanesanity:
brown and cream colors were used to give a 'dirty' appearance since Pyrenees rarely stay clean

I really thought Pyronees was a typo when I saw your designs in the generator, so glad it isn't that is a LOVELY pun
I love this design!!! Especially the bottom female of random traits, those fiery wisps are SO pretty.
I do suggest adding a little more color difference in the genes. The only one I can even see them on is the male pup. I'll look up some Pyrenees dogs and edit in a couple suggestions ^^
(Changed G1 to C2BBAB, G2 to EBDEBE, and matched C3 & C4 to C1 (F2EDE6) so the genes would show up well.)
(And pretty much same thing but toned down the grey a little (G1: D9D3C5) & made the tan pop just a bit more (G2: E3D5B1).)
Hope this helps!! Love the idea ^^

I'm glad you like it! Pyrenees are my favorite breed of dog. <3
Yes, Insanesanity helped me tweak the colors and add more color difference. I really like how it came out with her edits, but I look forward to any ideas you have as well.

Hehe I'm glad you like my suggestion! I noticed that between edits! It does look better..? But it's much less recognizable as a Pyrenees, at least to me, someone who knows next to nothing about dogs. I do think they'd look a bit better with a G1 that's a bit smaller than African Wild Dog, but I'll leave experimenting with that to you :)

I added the red color (D41908) from M3 in Ins design to yours. The reasoning is because I didn't feel like it was 'matching' very well with mutations from the same set.
For example:
and then I think the red antlers look really cool
Yeah, I think its a little difficult to keep it white/light colored without losing detail. Ins suggested I use my imagination that they are dirty from all the exploring. XD
