Bello everyone! I cant make anything fancy with my typing but I will explain what I'm trying to do, I myself is a breed to own breeder and hate absolutely dislike releasing my cuties!

The adoption terms(for drop off or not wanted), any and all are okay to drop off here just would have a 100g drop off fee per pet.(so I can keep them well fed) once they come into the center I will take care of them to the best I can. I would have a three day wait time for each pet. So for the adoptee (the person interested into adopting) if one isn't up to the three days in here I will save that one for you just leave your username, user ID and sent a CoD of a adoption fee of 50g or more(depending on how many traits or kits used also to make a pet not able to have children please put that down when dropped off or have interested in it
).
The fee can be discussed<3(after the three days I'll set it to 1g for that user so they can have there lovely forever home pet)
Once you adopt from the center you may not release them,

If you are interested into the fostering side of the center I would like for you to write down your username name user id and the pet terms of how long they are staying also for each day they stay it would be a 100g food fee.

Also reason for adopting. The center is newbie friendly! And also all players can adopt(I also will catch pets in the wild which would be in the adoption side and not the breeder side price wise )

Then for the breeder side I will accept breeding requests but for each certain traits it'll be a 100-500 more, like let's say you want a specific visible trait and mutations for a female pet, each try would be 5g . I will give you the options of each test and this part can be discussed^ since I do not have a sponsor to the center I'll mainly be getting my money from the breeding side^

You'll be hard pressed to find people to agree with the no releasing rule, since stables can fill up fast. Only saying this because I like the idea of this and would like to help you out, but the no releasing is just a deal breaker XD
