So, I'm wanting to add Valentine Lace and Spring Blossoms (or Dryad Headdress, Dryad Tail, and Valentine Lace haven't quite chosen yet) and I was wondering how many disruptors people use to get the traits to stick? Thank you!

Dryad traits are Lost Grove Restricted Traits, and do not have Disruptors, but rather Scrolls
requirement for obtaining:
- Unbred Gen1 Tamed or Exclusive pet with the desired trait as a Visible trait (pet will lose this trait entirely),
- Trait Extractor (restricted wild)
- Trait Scroll of desired trait, obtained by using said Trait Extractor on said pet
(- Trait Scroll can be bought from other players instead)

Target pet (Generator essence):
- scroll of desired trait must be in inventory

Target pet (Exclusive, Offspring, or Tamed):
- pet cannot have a trait of that set already in its genetics (so Dryad Tail and Dryad Headdress are mutually exclusive)
- pet must have at least one Visible, non-restricted, trait. This trait will be lost in exchange for the Scroll trait (If the pet doesn't have a Visible in the designated trait slot it will lose a random non-restricted visible trait. If a Carry is in the slot, the pet will lose this AND a Visible trait from a different slot.)

Valentines Lace (Disruptor), Spring Blossoms (Disruptor)
- Valentines Lace Disruptor can ONLY give a pet the trait Valentines Lace, Spring Blossoms Disruptor can ONLY give Spring Blossoms.
These traits do not have Sets, and so are only mutually exclusive with other restricted traits that are in the same slot as them.

Target pet (Generator essence):
- Disruptor of desired trait must be in inventory

Target pet (Exclusive, Offspring, or Tamed):
- will take one visible non-restricted trait and use those two TP to give visible valentines lace/Spring Blossoms trait
- trait slot must either have a visible trait (with no restricted as visible or hidden) or be empty. Non-visible Carried traits are ineligible for replacement

(Lovely Mutator can be used to Mutate Valentines Lace onto a Gen1 Tamed pet that has not already had a Mutator used on it.)

(it is VERY hard to type things up when either your vision gets blacked out by Cat Standing Right In The Way or you can't use your mouse because Cat has Decided to Loaf Right On Top Of It)

overall, you need a pet with Two visible non-restricted traits minumum (val. lace+SB).
Dryad+dryad+val.lace is impossible on anything except a Divine Generator Essence pet because you cannot get double-dryad traits via Scroll Disruption, and only Divine Essences allow for 6tp generation

Oh no! I get that, but I was really asking how to get it to stick on themed pets, and yes I did decide last night I was likely going to go the Val lace plus spring blossoms route, but I just wanted to know if I should put it on all of the first gen of the themed I have so that it had no competition or what to do exactly, thank you though!

Not sure what you mean by "get the traits to stick"/"so that it had no competition or what to do exactly", if it wasn't just a misunderstanding on how the disruptors work going on that what we said covered, so we're going to ask if we can get clarification?

I want to add it to add the traits to a themed project, and was asking if I should add a disruptor to each pet with a visible trait in the correct slot, or if I should just add it to one and hope it gets through in breeding? I was mostly asking people who do projects and add restricted traits since I wanted to know their strategies for it.

it depends on how much lower it is as a recessive trait. when breeding you're more likely to get the dominant trait to stick through the generations, but if you're careful when you breed projects it won't make much of a difference.

personally i would say you only need one pet that has it (probably a male, so you can breed it more times in a generation) to start with. then you'd only need to keep an eye on it. as long as the trait makes it to the next generation time and time again, you can breed it out to be visible in the end.

Just to add,
I do a lot of projects with restricted traits and null philters from the scale shop are your friend. Once I have a pet with the restricted trait, I make sure to null any undesired traits from that slot on offspring I'm using. That way you won't have to worry about other traits getting in the way.
