To post an image, you'd put the image address between img brackets, like this(Excluding the periods I put in the brackets to keep the example visible). Brackets in bold for clarification:
An easier way to do this is to copy and past the image address in your post, highlight it, and then press the blue IMG button(Above the text box). It'll put the brackets around your image address for you.
To adjust the image size, you'd add (&size=*whatever size you want*) at the end of the image address. The standard is 250 and it'd look like this(Size in bold for clarification):
[img.]https://www.sylestia.com/image_builder_pet.php?species=zolnixi&E=0&gd1=CC&gd2=EE&gd3=FF&md1=AA&md2=CC&md3=CC&ec=62DE49&c1=FFB005&c2=FF6505&c3=FF6505&c4=FFFFFF&c5=FFFFFF&gd1c=F50202&gd2c=A6671F&gd3c=FFD500&md1c=FFFFFF&md2c=F50202&md3c=FF9F05&ac=61422F&ac2=FFFFFF&gender=female&maturity=216(&size=250)[/img.]
If you correctly do this, you'll have an image, like this(Remember, don't put the periods in the brackets like I did, I had to put them in to keep the examples visible and not turning into an image):
