So, I've got a few questions here:

1. I'm looking for Ghostly Chill Faeloras, and there are none up for sale. Can I still find them during a fest (i'd assume they were in the winter fest at some point) or are they unable to be obtained other than the black Friday wheel. (I know I can make a LF post, but I'd like to use that only as a last resort)

2. Is there a list of all the themed and where they could be obtained?

The ghostly chill fae was the 2015 autumn festival themmed for this speacie so it is quite old and can no longer be found in the wild. The only way for you to get one is to eather buy/trade them from another player or get lucky with the wheel.

As for the list we have the pet codex tho it dosnt tell you how to get them, however such thing can be easy to figure out by looking at the oldest pet from that themme (type of themme, date of birth and possible wild stats.)

Shadowized has a guide on themes here that goes up to 2021, which includes if it was exclusive/tamed, year of release, and season/event of release (though it's a bit hazy on the earlier ones sometimes)

We have a guide that covers the majestic themes here (though I still need to add this fall fest's majestics)

There are also theme guides for each seasonal fest in Pet Sharing and Design Discussion that cover at least the last two years, though it might take a little more digging to find all of those

Retired themes can be obtained from both Black Friday Wheel of Themed and also 3v custom theme pet bonuses available during some diamond sales.
