Just wanted to ask when the trait items for Molten come into the store, since it appears that they don't stay regularly stocked?

The molten trait set is one of the restricted exclusive to the lost grove, tho some themmed pets also get access to it through special event (blazing firework/ shell pets). To get access to those restricted trait you nead to extract them from an unbread exclusive or tammed pet using a trait extractor.^-^

I'm rather sure the reason that there isn't a Ny'Vene Molten Trait Disruptor, is because they're a Wild Restricted Trait from the Lost Grove.

Lost Grove Restricted Wild traits usually, other than on special occasions, can only be obtained by either finding a pet in the LG with that trait(If you have an Exceptional Genetic Scanner, in your battle log, it'll tell you if you encounter a pet with a rare trait), breeding pets that have those traits to get one of those traits, or using the Diamond Shop item, Trait Extractor - (Restricted Wild), to remove that trait from a Ny'Vene that has it, creating a trait scroll, that can then be used to transfer it to another Ny'Vene that doesn't have a Molten trait.

Trait Scrolls can be bought off the Trade Broker, and you could check the Advanced Search to see if there's any Ny'Vene's with the Molten Traits being sold, that can be bred.

All restricted Lost Grove traits can be identified by checking to see if next to the name of the trait, there's a red *
This Ny'Vene for example, has the Lost Grove Molten traits and they have a red asterisk next to their names:
