I got a genetic scanner and test kit for the first time. Now, I used it all and I need more. I've checked on trade broker but there was nothing. Is there anywhere else to get it?

In the Diamond Shop, you can buy permanent Genetic Tester and Scanner kits. They have unlimited uses. The Exceptional scanner will always be active during battles, so you can look at a pet's genetics, or an enemy's stats, at any time, and the Exceptional test kit will be permanent and can be used to test as many pets as you want.
If you can't buy diamonds with real currency, on the Currency Exchange, you can buy diamonds from other users with gold.

Certain events, specifically the Easter Egg Hunt, may give you these items, but they'll be single-use only.

In the Groups, Guilds, Clubs, and Services forum, many users offer free Genetic Testing services.
So, if you can't afford to buy an Exceptional Genetic Test or Scanner, or would rather not spend the gold buying diamonds to do so, you could use these services to have your pets tested.
A Genetic scanner cannot be used to scan other user's pets during a battle, but if you catch a pet that had only carried traits during a battle, or you were curious if it had any hidden traits beneath a visible, other users could test that tamed pet for you.
