Slot 1 of the party should be the Tank element
Tanks are typically Earth, Water, Shadow, or Light (but Light is typically used in a different slot as Healer on most teams)
Tanks generally have their profs in HP, offense, and Agility (varying by element, pet, and player preference)
So the team you have there would be Shadow/Light/Fire
(I will say, if you're running fest zone, you may want to swap Zaryss out for something closer in level to the other two, since in the fest zone enemies match the highest level in your party, and they also get a significant HP jump at each prof point level
As a sub-60 Shadow tank, you'd want full Illusionist gear generally (but 50-59 the mythical revenant gear from the dungeon of the forsaken (or mythical lv50 archon. You can see more info on these here)
Lv60+, you'll want to swap to lost grove gear, Reaver for a shadow tank generally. Lightbringer and pyromancer probably also work, but I don't run shadow tanks at all.
sub-60 Light healer, usually Evoker, 60+ Pyromancer, but Illusiionist and Lightbringer are equally valid, it just depends on if you want to lean into their dex stat or agi stat.
Usually go full int and then branch out to dex (or agi) after that's 3/3
s-60 Fire, Evoker, 60+, pyro, fully in Int and Dex stats
