question 1 is always "what team pets+order is being used?"

The same as usual and I put Goldenclaw in first slot.(i still haven't unlocked the third slot)

1. Goldenclaw has an unassigned proficiency point (i recommend putting it in Int to boost his ability to heal the party)

2. We sent you a bunch of lv25 epic/legendary gear previously, which will serve better than uncommon/rare gear (for the quick comparison, Snowy's getting a +105 bonus to her damage stat from her lv25 epic, while Goldenclaw is getting +45 from his lv20 uncommon)

3. Getting the third party slot unlocked at sanctuary of saerielle should be your main goal for the moment- Umbra Forest region on is set up with the expectation that you have a three-pet party.

Doing missions can help rack up the gold (usually with pets set up to be mission pets. It helps having more mission slots unlocked- six missions running at once obviously allowing for faster buildup- but those do also cost gold), both with the base payout and the mission satchel rewards. If you haven't I'd suggest checking out the guide to mission pets and missions. There is also the guide to making gold which may also help.

4. one of the best strategies for wave mobs is to aim for one single slot so that all the stronger enemies get bottlenecked and can only appear one at a time
