I see things that needs diamonds but i dont have anything. so how to earn them?

You can either purchase them directly from the Diamond Shop or from other players via the Currency Exchange.

Diamonds are either bought for real money from the site via the diamond shop or from other players for gold at the currency exchange
They are given to winning entrants in craft-type festival forum contests such as the "create a sylestia valentine" or gingerbread house building contest as part of the prizes.
