The Castle
Welcome to the castle. Your journey begins here, and each of you will play a crucial role in navigating the dangers of this cursed castle and evading the fate that awaits you.
You've all been knocked unconscious and separated, and you each carry a rune etched into your dominant hand. When the full moon reaches its peak, the curse embedded in the rune will transform you into a monstrous, lumbering being.
Your task is to escape the castle before the full moon's peak. But be cautious in the choices you make and the paths you choose, since the castle is in need of guardians and it won't let you go so easily.
Note: I've added two new rules to the rules section, and added more leniency on activity. All slots have been filled, but you may ask to join the next game.

From me, each player who makes it out will get 50k gold, and an egg from any two pets in my stables. This does include any purebred offspring even if I have single fertile parent available, but I would have to find another.

Rules
1) Please be active! Since a round cannot progress until each player has decided, please at least respond at least once every week! If a month has passed with no response, either other players or I may pick a choice to keep the game moving.
2) Your choices are permanent! Please do not go back and edit your post if you change your mind.
3) Get along with other players! Since you all have different roles, you need to work together to make use of your strengths!
4) You are allowed to discuss your choices with each other. If you think that a choice may lead to a great positive or negative impact for another player, please feel free to advise each other with your thoughts. Likewise, if you are unsure of a choice, feel free to ask other players for their opinions.
5) Read carefully before making a choice! The castle is dangerous, and perhaps the most logical choice may lead you into danger. It is easy to get injured or even die, at any part of this story.

Mechanics
1) The game progresses in rounds. Each round I will post a scenario for each person, and provide a list of choices. At the end of each round, I will update the time and provide a new scenario. If players are together, I will provide one combined scenario, and then give multiple mini scenarios tailored to their positions and roles.
2) Players will choose actions from a list of options each round. Each role has specific actions they can take, and players should discuss and coordinate their strategies. Death and injury can happen at any time, including at the start of the game.
3) Each round represents 5 minutes of in-game time (if it changes, I will let you guys know). Actions chosen in a round are resolved simultaneously.
4)The game is set against the full moon's peak. Players must escape before this deadline.

Round 1: Zero Minutes After Awakening
The Alchemist
You wake up in a lush rooftop garden, enveloped in a glass dome. The night is clear, and the stars provide enough light for you to see the exotic plants and flowers around you. The air is fragrant and humid with the scent of this blooming flora, but theres an unusual chill to it. The garden is impeccable, but it is dead silent. The birds do not chirp, and the insects do not buzz. Around you, there are some trampled plants and broken branches. The rune on your hand glows a faint lilac. Outside, you can hear faint screeches, and some fly over the garden.
a) Hide yourself in the surrounding flowers
b) Approach and investigate the glass dome
c) Climb a nearby tree
d) Investigate the nearby plants
e) Analyze the air quality
f) Arm yourself with the nearby rocks and fauna
The Mercenary
You awake in an armory, dimly lit by flickering torches in the vast room. The scent of old leather and metal hands in the air, and the dust irritates your eyes. The room is filled with an array of different weapons on large racks, alongside heavy wooden chests that are carved with symbols. Stuffed training dummies are in a corner, standing upright and slashed open, the wheat inside spilling out. You hear a metal clang, and turn your head to face the sound. On the right, suits of heavy plate armor rest standing, their metal visors down and facing the training dummies. A sword had tumbled from the armor closest to you. Your rune emanates light, glowing purple. Past the armor, theres a dark, narrow passage with a thick, oak, door at the end.

f) Pick up the sword
The Seer
You awaken with your lower body submerged in the moat surrounding the castle. The water is frigid and murky, and you feel the tips of your toes turning numb already. The rune on your hand glows purple, and casts a light that reflects off the water, revealing brief hints of slimy moss and sharp rocks. The water faintly ripples, and a feather falls on top of it. You look above and you cant see anything in the dark of the night, but if you strain your ears, you can hear faint wingbeats and distant screeches. Behind you, the mammoth castle stands, surrounded by bushes. The gates are closed. In front of you, past the other bank of the moat, lies a little village. You dont see any activity from it, and cant hear any people
a) Dive into the water
b) Swim across the moat to the other side.
c) Hide in the bushes by the castle wall.
d) Glimpse the current future
e) Examine the feather
f) Summon a spirit guide
g) Investigate any nearby spirits
The Thief
You wake up in a damp, dimly lit dungeon, on top of a moldy bed. The air is thick with the smell of mildew, and ivy has creeped over the stone walls. From them, chains and rusted manacles dangle from the walls. One chain has completely rusted off, and fallen to the ground. You can barely see, except for a faint lilac glow emitting from the rune in your dominant hand. There are no windows, and you are unsure what time of day it is. In front of you, there is another figure awakening. He calls out to you, Help!, and it echos off the walls. On your left, you see someone in the cell next to you. Both of his hands are chained to the wall, and his body is hidden in the shadows of the cell.. He looks at you, but closes his eyes. You hear the unsettling sound of a blade scraping against stone from outside your cell. The sound approaches, and the glow of your rune starts to shine brighter. Your cell door is locked, but the lock is old and rusty.
a) Call out to the prisoner in front of you
b) Hide under your bed
c) Try to pick the lock
d) Grab the chain to use for combat
e) Whisper to the prisoner next to you
The Tinker
You awaken in a grand tower room that appears to be the princesss personal quarters. The room is lavishly decorated with elegant furnishings and intricate tapestries. On a workbench, you see various mechanical parts and tools scattered around. Among them, a broken pocket watch catches your eye. The rune on your hand is purple, and glows a bright purple, reflecting off the polished surfaces. Perhaps she was an engineer, as many mechanical animals line her shelves. With priceless gyms as eyes, onyx, sapphire, ruby. Their eyes bore into you. The room feels oddly still. You hear a faint mechanical whirring coming from outside the room. Its movements are methodical and rhythmic, and they are getting closer. Inside, you hear the faint rustling of fabric. Examining the tapestries once again, they seem to glow, with the pictures embroidered on them faintly shifting. . The bed, which seems to have been disturbed recently, has a large, ornate canopy and heavy curtains. You think you see the fabric of another tapestry underneath it.
a) Open the door to the quarters
b) Hide under the bed
c) Repair the watch
d) Inspect the machinery and the workbench
e) Inspect the tapestries on the wall
f) Pull out the tapestry under the bed
