Like the title says, i like to play the jamborie a lot but I only can pay five at a time. How do I unlock the rest?

At the current time, the only tiers available are 5 gold and 10 gold, while the other tiers remain greyed out and unavailable(I don't think there are any plans to update the game, at least not currently).
Based on this old post I found from the Admin Krinadon, you unlock Tier 10 after you've completed Umbra Forest in the primary storyline:
They are how much you bet. The more you bet, the more you can win.
Only the 5 and 10 are available, though. And I think 10 becomes available either after you unlock Umbra Forest... or complete Umbra Forest. I forget which.
