Presumably found as dropped items whilst fight the Druids in Lost grove...
I am not even that far advanced, nor know where that area of the map is,
I still stuck trying to achieve the mission for the nightfall bandit camp... ??

They're crafted items from the Lost Grove. You have to unlock the blacksmith, find the recipe, and then craft them. Keep in mind an iron ingot costs 500 gold to make, a silver ingot costs 2.5k gold to make, and a gold ingot costs 10k gold to make. So a recolor Crazed Druid's Antlers takes a minimum of 40k to make without including the lost revenue from making the enchanted powder.
