hi, I wanted to ask, lesser genetic mutator, does it give a random mutation of ANY kind? even if its a recently released mutation?
side question, when a pet has unknown gene/mutation it has not been tested right?? and when it says none, it simply doesn't have anything.. right?

Yes, lesser genetic mutators have a chance to give any random gene or mutation that's currently out for the species, no matter how recent. c:
Yes, if it's unknown, it's not tested. Sometimes it says None when the pet is an adult but has not been tested. If it says None after the test, it does not have anything, so you're right. c:
