Firepepper, are you referring to the army of zombies you have to defeat in which something like 20 of them swarm you?

First, check your team to make sure their stats and gear are as good as they can be. There are awesome guides out there on how to build your team to full potential.
The way to deal with a horde is to always attack the enemy with the most stars and leave the weak ones for later. This way, you do not have to deal with too many strong enemies at a single time.
