We will be having an Eggling Auction game beginning at 1PM server on Saturday, December 27th and ending at 1pm server on Sunday, December 28th.
The process is entirely automatic. You can visit the link below to view and bid on the Egglings once the auction has started.

The eggling auction is not for personal auctions, such as auctioning one of you own eggs.
It is for people to win really cool prizes by bidding on an 'egg'. Not all of the eggs are actual eggs, some just hold a prize.

What are the prizes for this Auction ?
How does the Bidding work do you put your maximum bid and the site automatically bids up to your maximum using the minimum increment (bit like ebay) or do you have to manually put each bid in ?
*edited post to add additional question*

You need to manually put in each bid. Every time you are outbid, the system returns your gold and notifies you. After that you can bid again.
You can outbid yourself though, so if you want to up your bid, you are able to do so.
Edit:
Prizes are generally themed zone and wheel pets, however, sometimes items such as essence, tickets for the wheel or forum game prizes are handed out.
Basically if the egg looks like a sylestie, it's a pet. If it just has random designs, it's an item.
