im in sweet blossom orchard and I don't now how to exchange tasks that I have done foe rewards just got here? and im on this
[ ] Find Lunemara's Source cant find it ether?

For the tasks, you'll have to go to your task log. Have you done missions? The task log is right under the Missions, under the Explore tab.
For the Lunemara's Source, go down from the apple orchard, and then left. Go across the lake (you may notice that before this quest, there was a tree next to the lake that is now cleared), and follow the path.
