Well, for one, it seems like that you're saying he's too hard? If he is, have you used equipment and used the pet proficiency points? Also, if that's not enough, you could level your pets even more! oh you're at level cap...heh... ^.^

I took a quick look at your party pets. I think you might want to reassign some of their level up points, proficiency points and equipment.
There's a good guide on how to equip and assign points to party pets here: https://www.sylestia.com/forums/?thread=11101
In summary, always choose between intelligence OR strength. The two have no use together. So if you add points to strength, don't add any points to intelligence. Equipment should match the points you add. So if you add points to strength, find equipment that adds more points to strength instead of those that add more to intelligence, or spoilt points equally. Likewise, choose a proficiency tree that adds to the same stat you choose to increase. So choose a strength proficiency tree if you're adding strength.
Also, since you have some pets that are at a higher level than the ones you have in your party, I would recommend you use those instead. Higher levels = more points to assign = better fighters/tankers. The pet with the highest level should be your first (middle) pet, since that's the pet that will receive the most damage, and thus it's best that it has the most health.
I'll recommend reading the guide, and try to reassign points/equipment to your pets. If you have any difficulty with the guide, you can always ask me here or ask Flute in her guide. =)
If I remember correctly, the battle you're fighting is a really long one, waves of enemies. Hit the ones with the most stars first. Since those deal more damage. Sure they'll take longer to kill, but at least overall they'll be hitting you for less number of rounds. Save the 1-2 stars lower-damaging ones for later.
