Technically, I'm looking to do trades with someone who buys diamonds with their own cash.

Proposition:
I am looking for someone to trade my Enhanced Essences/Regular Essences for their diamond's worth in Greater Genetic Mutators. I am very much interested in mutating pets rather than breeding them, especially since I have a black thumb with breeding. xD

If you guys want to know, I've been planning this proposition for awhile. This is my tiny hoard of essences (at the top of the inv pic) that I can muster up for trading. I can gather more if given time.



What I'd like for rates of exchange:
5 GGMs (greater genetic mutators) per 1 higher-tier Enhanced Essence
4-5 GGMs per 1 lower-tier Enhanced Essence
1 GGM per 1 Regular Essence
This matches up with the rates of cost in the regular Diamond Shop (1 GGM = 200 Diamonds; 1 Enhanced Essence = 1000 Diamonds; 1 Regular Essence = 250 Diamonds)

Higher-tier are essences that happen to be more in demand/expensive/rare at the time of exchange (ie Zolnixi, Lupora, etc)
Lower-tier are the ones that aren't as expensive or rare in comparison at the time of exchange (ie Draeyl, no one likes Draeyls :c)

I am not looking to trade my essences for gold for now; I'm really interested in GGMs, but I don't know anyone who can do such a trade.

I am also looking for someone who can negotiate this proposition with me for the long-term. Which means, months and months and even year or so of playing Sylestia (if you're investing cash in this game, I don't see why this isn't reasonable 8D).

I am entirely capable of doing this. However, I can't agree with the price comparison of 1 enh essence = 1k diamonds worth of GGMs because they are NOT worth that much. It'd be much more cost-effective for me to just sell diamonds for gold and buy up the essences as they appear in the broker, even the inflated ones. If you'd be willing to make considerations for that in your deal, I'd be happy to do this for you. You need to consider the fact these items drop in game often enough that buying them from the diamond shop generally isn't worth it, this coming from someone who spends a TON of money on pet sites every year and has a clear view of cash/game money market trends. X3;

Also bear in mind I already have this same plan worked out with someone else for 1 GGM = 1 enh essence. lol I don't expect the same from you, he's a friend so our long-standing business practices work differently. XD

I understand the first paragraph's argument, how diamond values =/= GGM values (otherwise how else would I get those essences lolol). I honestly don't mind waiting for someone to come along and help me with the terms I want, but I'm looking for the 4-5 GGMs, if not 2-4. One would make me feel cheaped out.

I don't need them now, but I think I'll forever look for someone haha. And I personally prefer to keep my eyes narrowed to one game, seeing that I don't use cash a lot and I prefer not to get distracted by a dozen of other pet sites lolol. Lots of pet sites look shiny enough to lure in cash players, and I'm quite a novice myself, though for now I'll stand my ground on what I have. If anything, I'll negotiate, though I have time to wait out the system for months, if not years if Sylestia lives that far lol, and change my mind accordingly to market.

Understandable! I am willing to negotiate, and no, I'm not asking for a 1-1 deal here haha. I can do an indefinite 2/3 per enh essence (not interested in regulars x-x sorry). Tbh, I don't think you'll ever get a taker on 5 GGMs per enh essence because for that price, they might as well just buy the exact essence when they want it instead of waiting for you to get the one they want or something. o-o

As for playing multiple games, I'm down to 2 now, but I mainly added that as a point that I've years of experience working pet site economics to my advantage. XD *MERCHANT MUTIE AWAAAY*

Not gonna lie, but sometimes it's a double-sided sword for diamond players, depending on their rate of playing. Right at this very moment, I do think that it's somewhat easy to get gold, diamond-dropper or not. It's worse on other pet sites that are already established in my mind, especially where cash comes into play, because there's a big gap between the cash players and the new free players that casually dedicate themselves to the game as far as exchanging goods goes.

I'll think about 2/3 GGMs, though I'm leaning towards 3, especially for in-demand essences. o:

Yeah I definitely understand that. o: It's kind of hard to sell diamonds at the moment but I still have plenty of gold to stay afloat so I'm doing alright.
