You don't draw it by hand, dear. You download the files and open them in GIMP or Photoshop

Keanai means you do not just make 'whatever I feel like', you simply recolor the existing items for the month, located in the PSD file. You can in no way go outside the lines, edit the linework itself, etc on the monthly files.
You appear to have completely removed the lineart layer entirely and possibly tried to draw your own? Just leave the lineart layer be as it is, and don't unlock the color layers, because you've smudged color outside of them which means it cannot be used. It should already come with the colors transparency locked so you don't do that. Put the lock back on, if you turned it off. It's there to help you.
If you did not turn off a transparency lock, you likely did that green in a new layer instead of using the preexisting layers. Avoid creating your own layers on these unless you know how to clean them up so you don't overlap any.
