For the most part, whether a pet is predominantly magical or physical damage is not determined by their species but rather by where their level up points and proficiency points are allocated. As a result, for the most part, you can pick which proficiency you'd rather have the pet as!

You might want to have a look at this guide and this guide regarding how to build a battle party. You're aim would basically be to have one tank (i.e. a pet that can take a lot of damage), one pet that can do a lot of magical damage (i.e. for those opponents that are physical damage resistant) and one pet that can do a lot of physical damage (i.e. for those opponents that are magical damage resistant).

Looking at your pets, the only point I'd make is that Pastel has a starting Intelligence of 53 (the number in brackets) so, if one of the pets (tank, magical attacker, physical attacker) does need to be weighted towards intelligence then you'd use Pastel as that one.
