So I have two Sylestia creatures both level 16. The pair of them got to the end of the quest and three bandits jump them. I have tried and tried, but they always defeate me.

Do I add another pet to my party? If so How can I add another pet to my party, I have two and I do not know how to make it open for three.

How else can I gain xp? If I am not at a point where I can defete these three bandits, the Trollsblight Caverns dont offer me much anymore.

Well the game decided to help me out with a few bandit raids on the town. I suppose it was just the needed thing, waiting for the right opportunity.

Try doing missions to raise their level. I had two level 21 pets when I defeated those bandits.

i am finding you need to be double the level when getting the bosses .. something to keep in mind

Well dang, I tried this exact mission, had the boss down to 0% but on the last turn he also wiped out my last pet, I didn't think about that and should have mended and attacked again. I wasted so many potions in that battle too, guess I do need to level up. I figured the levels adjusted to be near above my pets level but is it possible to become higher level than the boss?

i still am not past that point but look in your stabels and if you see one that has a flame icon hover your moues over it and then you may find a whey!

the flame icon means you have proficiency points to spend. these points can be used to increase your pet's stats, or give them better skills in battles.
