What does the 'refresh the dungeon' button do? How is fighting in a dungeon different from fighting in other places?
I read about this somewhere but can't find it now that I need it!

You get the option to refresh the dungeon 24 hours after you started the dungeon. If you refresh the dungeon it will send you right back to the very beginning of the dungeon.
If you complete the dungeon, you will only need to wait until the start of a new day to be able to restart the dungeon again.

Dungeons differ to other areas of the map in the following ways:
- you don't need to complete a dungeon to progress the storyline
- they can be done daily
- dungeon bosses may drop mythical equipment (level 25 for the Nightfall and level 50 for the Forsaken)
- good way to level train

So you can only do two dungeons a day?

Correct.

Each day you can complete the Nightfall Bandit Dungeon from start to finish and the Dungeon of the Forsaken from start to finish.

There's a way to play around with the amount you can do on any particular day but it doesn't actually gain you any additional Dungeon runs. You'd start the Dungeon on day 1, then on day 2 you'd progress the dungeon all the way to the final boss (but not commence battle with him / her), you could then reset the Dungeon and complete the Dungeon in full. As a result, you'd have just short of 2 Dungeon runs on day 2 but you wouldn't have done a Dungeon run on day 1 so on average its still the same.

I recommend over-levelling and getting the best equipment possible for your pets' current level.

You generally prioritise one main stat. Trying to spread the stat points across all the stats is a waste.

It also took me ages to work out that you can definitely heal pets during battle - every second turn - while still attacking so it can definitely be helpful to have a supply of potions with you for the more difficult battles.

1: You have bad spelling and I'm not sure I quite understand. Did you mean: I can't get past Lord Talacas' s (?) pets and my sister can but she says I have to do it myself. I know that is true but I can't get past, and I want somebody to join my club called 'the club' ('The Club'?)
2: Where would one find this club, why would they join and what would they do? Is it a thread?
3: If you can't beat some guys then you should level up your pets and expand the party. Make sure you use all of the points and proficiencies to increase how tough the pet is. Also check out some threads that talk about the difference between 'tank' and 'cannon' pets. The main difference is that 'tanks' absorb damage and 'cannons' deal damage.

ho thak you my sister is haveing probloms whe the arhe mage and is avoding it so she can levol up all her pets so um she sas that she loves all her pets but i thnk she loves arey the most as for the club it is in grobps,gudes,clubs and srveras and it is hard to find i am haveing a swap meat wanc we get more mabers
