I CANNOT beat Fire Eyes. I've been trying for weeks and still can't. Is there some kind of secret? I just got defeated for the TENTH time today and I literally cried! I am so frustrated and confused that I feel like rage quitting. Is there any secret behind him, any secret AT ALL?

For fire eyes, block is incredibly useful. You'll see a status effect on him that means he's going to crit the next turn. I don't know if you saw, but block was updated to where if you have 10 mana, it will prevent crits. Have your party block when you see that status effect. You'll still take some damage, but not nearly as much.
Also, if you look at his stats he has high str, so all magic pets will do lots of dmg to him, but will also take lots of dmg. This is why even when blocking that attack still hurts quite a bit

I've seen his buff and tried blocking it. The lowest I've ever gotten him is to 36%... He is taking all my gold and leaving me frustrated...

I typically use all magical, but when I first beat him I was using a mostly physical team so it should still work. It'll take longer but you'll take less damage.

Hmm.
Have you tried an all tank build? I happen to run with 3 tanks, and it works really well for me. I don't think it matters if they are physical or magical tanks.
I have 2 water tanks and 1 dark tank. I had a lot of physical tank gear, so that's why I have more physical tanks. I put all proficiency points and all stat points into health. When one tank gets low on health, I swap out for a different tank. I don't kill quickly, but I don't die much either.
Here are my 3 level 25 tanks:
Belle - Water tank
Midnight - Dark tank
Dancing Darkness - Water tank
Krinadon

@Creativity,
Your party should be more than capable of beating Fire Eyes.
Are you making sure your lead pet has at least 10 Mana when you Block Skull Charge?
When the turn calculates, check the combat log. If it says, "Blah blah Idle Positon" - you didn't have enough mana. If it says "Blah Blah Defensive Position", then you successfully blocked.
Blocking Skull Charge avoids being critically hit by it and greatly reduces the damage it deals. Skull Charge also only targets the first pet. So your other pets do not need to Block.
