I'm at Aryth's Spire. I've tried both at least twenty times! Is there something I need to do?
I've been at it for a couple months! ;-;

It is a maze. There is a pattern that you have to follow.

If you do not care for spoilers, there is a guide stickied in the Player Guides Forum I believe on how to traverse the maze.
