Okay so... thanks to @Ember2000, and @Leosnake,
I was able to make this possible.
Thank you SO much the both of you.
I will give my mom the link to him later today when its a better time. XD!!
But thank you SO much and here is the finished result of the project thanks to you both~!

Perriwinkle, Aka Perriwinkle Blue, Aka Perry, Aka Perry Baby, Aka Winkie. XD!
Perry's name came from the color when my mom noticed the color of his eyes.
He was a deviant as a kitten, running up walls with the intent to remove the pictures from them.
He had the habit of collecting anything shiny and putting it in the toilet as a stash.
Because of this company was told to make sure they kept everything on themselves or watch him.
This also meant that we had to look in the toilet every time before use.
Perry was a very intelligent cat as Tonks are highly intelligent,
and figured out a number of things on his own.
He had a fascination for anything small, including kittens and adopted three himself
before his passing. Raising my one cat Lilly, my former cat Jasmine,
and my former cat(now step dad's cat), Tenji(or as he was renamed by them, Dusty Miller...).
As he was bright and often figured out how to do this and that on his own...
So did he teach to the kittens as he raised them, along with how to be social.
Perry adored my mom and made his point with a look or when he was flat out ignoring you,
just who's cat he was... Even to the point of bringing her his favorite tinkle ball when someone else
would try and play fetch with him. Yes... the cat fetched...
He was a good more even if he was a brat... and once he got really old he finally mellowed out...
Although he didn't show it till he was under stress...
That boy aged with grace... and he will be remembered in his prime, despite his end.
We love you Perry... may you rest in peace...

@Ember2000,
Thanks very much~.
Also, I spoke to her about it and she still doesn't plan to play on here
so I won't be able to transfer him to her.
So Perry will be sticking with me... I'll be taking care of him myself...
Although since you and Leo were so nice to help,
I will be happy to give you two a kitten from him as my thanks.

@Ember2000,
No... but she liked Neopets so...
I thought a pet game that allowed her to take care of Perry again...
That she would be happy enough about that, that she would wanna play and cheer up.
