Comprehensive Guide to the Basics of Sylestia
Hey Guys,
I wanted to post a thread to tell players the basics of posting and how to survive with the basics of Sylestia.
This thread would be very image heavy and hopefully it will be helpful for people because I have gotten tons of the same questions from new players and so I will try to answer all of them as easily as I can if you ever have any questions feel free to ping me.
PLEASE DO NOT POST IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION PM ME!!

How Missions Work/How to Earn Gold
Missions have a few things:
~Which level it is for
~Emphasized Statistic
~How long it takes (Self Explanatory)
Which level it is for tells which level is needed for this mission.
The level is located here
Emphasized Statistic tells what Statistic your pet should excel at.
So looking at my mission I had as an example
Then look for a pet that has a good Statistic in that category listed above for my case it is Health so I went though and got a pet that has great health
Notice how the health is really high compared to others who are around 1k in health.
So to help get Success in all missions get pets to level 60 and put ALL of their level ups in one of the categories (Health, Strength, Intelligence, Dexterity, Agility)
So have multiple sylesti's and give them all strength in different categories (I suggest 2 for each) so you can have them run missions at the same time (the max of missions that you can have is 6)

Party Pets
Note: Will add pictures once I build my party
After you have found a good way to get gold another thing you need to be aware of is battling and party pets.
Flute (hope you don't mind I am using your thread) Does a great job at explaining how to have a good party to help you battle enemies throughout the story map.
Here is the thread https://www.sylestia.com/forums/?thread=1898&page=1#2
How ever I will do a quick summary:
There is 3 pets (assuming you unlocked all three of the party spaces)
One is the Tank, is built around HP to protect it. This pet takes most of the blows and suvives because of it's very high HP.
The proficiency trees that are recommend are: Earth, and Dark
Tank pet will be held in party slot 1
Two Fighter type (as Flute calls it), one of the two other pets that attack. This pet should have most if not all level ups in the strength section.
The proficiency trees that are recommend are: Air, and Ice
And could be in ether party slot 2, or 3
Three the Mage-type, is the second of the 2 pets that attack. This pet should have most if not all level ups in the intelligence section.
The proficiency trees that are recommend are: Fire, Light, and Dark
And could be in ether party slot 2, or 3
Max stat pets are also very helpful in battles.
They already have the Base Stat of 100 in each category and can be added on to buy level up points and etc.

Battling Will add more as I get info
Enemy Rankings 1 star opponents are the easiest you will find in game
2 star opponents are a little bit stronger
3 star opponents can be tough
4 star opponents stronger you will find during normal circumstances
5 star opponents (not found as pets, only bosses have up to 5 stars)
Thanks to AliceHearts for this info!
Music Problem There is music in the back ground however if you do not wish to listen scroll to the bottom and there is a little speaker button.
That if you click it will mute the sound.

Nurturing Part One
Nurturing is a way to get scales for the scale shop (will explain later) and to get your pets to grow up faster.
You pets grow up like this:
(Will add once I get info I know I have it somewhere just can't find it)
Once your egg gets to 100% on the bar below the pet it will show that it is ready to hatch
When egg is not ready to hatch
When egg is ready to hatch the bar is at 100%
Once it is ready to hatch you can pick how you want to hatch it.
There are two buttons.
1) Help Egg Hatch
2) Let Egg Hatch
Help egg Hatch: Gives the Sylesti Strength
Let Egg Hatch: Give the Sylesti any of the other statistics (Health, Intelligence, Dexterity, Agility)
Also when it hatches you may put stat philters on the sylesti.
Which is under "Choose a Philter"
Then click "Use Selected Philter"
Also great thanks to Tigergirl for letting me borrow the egg to get the pictures!!
The pets that are eligible for nurture are eggs and hatchlings.
Eggs look like this:
Hatchlings look like this:
You can pick which you want to nurture however they both give you one "scale" per nuture.
