Welcome to the Hatchling Orphanage. Here we buy and sell pets in hatchery's. To prevent an adolescent from being released when it becomes an adult, we buy them if they're for sale. We will also take in any unwanted hatchling. If you would like to join, comment down below to start saving hatchlings and adolescents! :D We're sure we can give you a fulfilling role that not only works for you, but for the better of Sylestia.

My jobs are: Manager, Receptionist, and Standard rescuer
Roles(In no particular order):
Manager (Me)
I'm the manager of the orphanage. The manager makes sure everyone does their job and does other things to keep it running.
Requirements for job:
-You must be me. XD

Receptionist
The receptionist is the person who accepts people to work at the orphanage. They may also manage and organize things in the thread. They have a journal that they frequently write in. The receptionist logs and keeps track of everything that happens in THO(Lol that's what 'The Hatchling Orphanage' stands for. I never noticed that XD). The receptionist also assigns certain pets to certain workers.
Job requirements:
-Must have a lot of free time to frequently write in their journal
-Must have good grammar, punctuation, and capitalization
-Must love writing
-Knows how to use URL=, IMG= and other things like that
-(This one is mine, so my journal will be below)

Standard Rescuer
The standard rescuer will be (most likely) the majority of the workers. They do everything it says at the top of the thread--they rescue hatchlings and adolescents. They don't need like a 'special place' for their rescues, as long as they can tell their own pets from the rescued pets. Once they think their rescue is ready for adoption, they put them up for sale, contact me or another trusted worker in THO, and the receptionist will put the pet up on our thread so shoppers can see the pet and hopefully adopt it. (If you put a pet up for sale, it must be for 1 coin. If you have gained my trust, I will let you sell it for a lot more, so you can get a profit)
Job requirements:
-Active on the site (At least once a day, even if it's a quick check)
-Space readily available in your stables
-Able to work quickly and with a lot to do

Secretary
The secretary is one of my most trusted workers. They are basically second manager, and they do all that stuff if I'm inactive. Secretaries can have multiple jobs.
Job requirements:
-Trusted

Orphanage 'Hotel' Worker
These workers can work with their own 'hotels'. They take in pets that are overflowing the other members' hatcheries or stables. They keep them there until another worker has the time and space to take them in, or until they are almost an adult (If they were previously an adolescent). These workers might get a LOT of pets, or a TINY amount of pets, but they're always there for backup and space.
Job requirements:
-A LOT of space for pets. And I mean a lot.
-You don't have to be too active unless you have a lot of pets to attend to.

Nurturer/Caretaker
These workers take care of/nurture the rescuers' pets. If they are an eggling or hatchling, then they nurture them. If they are an adolescent or adult, feed them from their profile page.
Job requirements:
-You don't have to be active, but you should be doing your job at least every 3 days.
-Loves to care for other people's pets

OTHER:
Shopping
If you don't have the time to work at THO, you can always adopt pets on the receptionist's journal. If there is no receptionist active, I will put those pets up on one of MY threads. Or I could make a link to a pet auction thread I could make over there.

Turning in a pet
If you have an unwanted eggling/hatchling/adolescent, don't release them, please contact the receptionist and they will assign a player to take them in.

If you can't do any of the above but would like to help THO in some other way, you can send donations. Any amount helps. Money goes toward feeding. Thanks! ^_^
