So I see level 35-40ish Morkko which are "rare" and I'm wondering, where are people capturing them? I've yet to see them in the Viridian Meadows area, and I'm working my way through the dungeon right now. And there's no areas to explore in the Umbra so... help?

@Yuki,
You can catch them from the Sanctuary of Saerielle event. The one that is going on right now actually.
