The object of this game is to go to the Wardrobe and create a Summer Themed avatar! Come back to this thread afterwards and post your avatar here along with a short paragraph describing your character and if you used any influences such as images to base your character off of.

You may not use your avatar entry from past Dress Up Contests. You must create a new one.

Rules

1. You are allowed to dress up your avatar in any style or item from the wardrobe. You do not have to own the style or item.

2. You are only allowed to submit one entry.

3. Along with your avatar image, you must write a short paragraph about your avatar character... either by giving a back story or by talking about your inspiration for creating the avatar.

4. You can edit and change your entry, but whatever you have in the thread is what I'm using when the contest ends.

5. This contest ends at the end of the Summer Festival 2017.

Krinadon and I will judge the entries and choose a first, second and third place winner. Everyone who participates will receive the forum title Fancy Pants. :)

Lost at sea
The captain stood aboard his ship, watching the skies for directions and storm. The night around him was pitch black as thunder roared in the distance. "Captain!" on crew member warned. "Behind us, Captain!" Long crackling clouds loomed above the ship as lightning ground into the hull of the ship, ending sparks over the deck. Stray gunpowder that lay on the deck soon burst into flames, catching the boards into a fire. Coiled road spiraled up with flames and not even the rain could stop the fire, as the wind edged it on. Waves crashed into The Mariana, sending supplies and men overboard. The captain stood still over the deck, watching as his lives work crumbled before him.

Moon Jelly Goddess


Once just a simple jellyfish, she was reborn into the body of a Goddess and washed upon the dark summer beach.

Her skin, pale and translucent glows otherworldly under the moonlight, taking on a blue color, much like if she were a jellyfish in the deepest depths of the ocean.


I'm not really good at backstories, but that's basically what my mind was set on as I designed this. "What if a moon jelly glowing in the dark water was turned into a goddess."

Sorry if this is a bit cheesy, but I had a lot of fun creating this outfit!

This is the Goddess Of Dragons, she has come forth, her children are gone. The eerie summer night, the moon so high, the voices of many, and the mid-summer cry.



(( Her children are the dragons. Also on a night of Summer, almost forgot that it was summer xD))

The large human figure stood, her hair flowing behind her as 4 ghostly dragons flew around her. "My children, I hear you..." she muttered listening to the faint crus and roars of helpless dragons. "Why, on a summer night, summer is supposed to be happy!" She roared, her wings flaring out behind her. She looked angry, her fists clenched together. "I can't save you my children!" She cried out, falling to her knees in sorrow as the 4 dragons rested there heads on her back. "I'm so sorry my children...." she muttered, a tear drop hitting the ground, leaving a wet dot on the ground for a few seconds before vaporizing.

Goddess of Nature

She roams the forest. Where she walks, new life begins. Where she sings, the wild creatures dance. Where she resides, the forest is ever growing. She is the goddess of nature.

The witch of summer preparing for summer magic, she waits for you to buy her love spells.

She is the goddess of the flowers and she ensures that all the plants grow up strong and healthy during the dry months of summer.

I think summer= Midsummer's Night dream, and of course there is the presence of the fey. so I was thinking of what kind outfit a summer fey would have and this is what I came up with.

Many years ago a mother and her child escaped their country, because of danger. They were at sea for many days until they came across an island. The island had many unique animals. The mother and child lived there for many years. Though as time passed the mother and child became more and more like the island's animals. They had blue hair wit flowers growing in them, and wings similar to the great eagles.
