I was having trouble with undead knights and such, so I went to the festival zone, which helped, but because it was closed today, I had to go to the nightfall bandits dungeon. However, I succeeded in a door puzzle and my only option afterwards was to fight a difficult boss. I am still having trouble with faerina's shrine, and can't level there unless an event happens, and I can't use the dugneon because there is a boss. I could technically reset the dungeon if I wished, but I feel like I got really far. Basically, what I am asking is, is there any way other than resetting or hoping an event happens soon enough?

I took a look at your party pets. My suggestion is to try to get some better equipment! That would help a lot with enemies in Umbra Forest. With pets around level 40, you should be able to defeat Faerina's Shrine enemies pretty easily - the low quality gear your pets are using is the reason you're having trouble!
Bosses are very difficult to beat with blue and green-colored gear. I suggest you look for purple or gold gear - you can find them in mission satchels, on the broker, or (more rarely) by defeating enemies.
The way gear works, even level 25 gear of gold quality is better than level 50 gear of green or blue quality. While it's good to try to match your pets' gear to their levels, quality is overall more important! If you have enough reputation with Esior's Haven, it might be a good idea to invest in the gear there. It can be useful for leveling pets until you can get the gear in the Sanctuary of Saerielle!
I made a guide that includes info about different types of gear, if you're interested. Feel free to ask me if you have questions about it! ^-^

Thank you! I will try using those tips rather than what I was doing before. :)
